Innovation in Global Education
We were selected as one of the top 12 projects for the Global Education Network Europe (GENE) Innovation Award - an incredibly humbling and inspiring experience for us. We learned so much about Global Education and what creative work is being done across Europe to raise awareness on human rights, increase tolerance across cultures, and change the conversation to challenge stereotypes – all in a noble effort to create a more equitable and just world together.

United Way Roundtable on Philanthropy

Katie Zaniboni traveled to Bucharest, Romania to take part in a panel discussion on Refugees and Migration, facilitated by Brian Gallagher, President and CEO of The United Way Worldwide. She was joined on stage by Guillaume Jalenques de Labeau (left) the Chairman and CEO of Mansartis in Paris and Dr. Andreas Ricket (right), CEO Phineo in Berlin. They shared their experiences with engaging businesses to help newcomers in larger urban areas learn the language, brush up on techinical skills, and find employment.
